  • Superset Neutral Grip Seated Rows, with Neutral Grip “Stretchers”.
  • 10 reps on the rows, each with a hard flex at contraction.
  • Notice I’m sitting on a bench, so I can pull lower, and target the lower lats.
  • Then do 8 reps on the stretchers.
  • On the stretchers, remember to duck your head to enhance the stretch.
  • Do 4 rounds of this superset, after warmups. We’d love to see the progress you’ve made with our workout routines.
