INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 MET-Rx¨ chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar

PREPARATION:

  1. Peel protein bar
  2. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick
  3. Press gingerbread man cookie cutter into dough, then scrape away excess.
  4. Serve to monster before training.
  5. Perform speed ladder drill until exhausted.
  6. Serve to monster before training.
  7. Repeat speed ladder drill until exhausted.
  8. Step on field and burn competition beyond recognition.
