Hunter Labrada Demonstrates The Lying Leg Hamstring Curl

Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.

  • Step 1 – One of the most important things you can do is keep your hips driven into the bench and butt down.
  • Step 2 – You will want to keep your toes flexed (Dorsi flexed) to keep the tension on the hamstring at all times.
  • Step 3: At the top of the rep, you really want to focus on the squeeze this will activate more muscle fibers and ensure you are getting the most out of each and ever rep.
