SHOULDERS FST-7

  • Reverse Pec Deck 7 sets 10-12 reps (30 seconds rest between sets)
  • Incline Rear Delt Raises 3 sets x 12-15 reps
  • Side Lateral Raise Machine 3 sets x 10-12 reps
  • Seated Cable Upright Row w/Rope or Spud Straps 3 sets 10-12 reps
  • Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises 2 sets x 15 reps
  • Front Raises 2 sets x 15 reps
  • Plate Loaded Shoulder Press 3 sets x 8-12 reps
