Ingredients

  • 1 Serving Active Women Pre-Workout – Summer Fruits flavour
  • 50g Frozen Berries
  • 1 Handful Chopped Mint
  • 50ml Coconut Water

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake!
  2. Filter the liquid into a cocktail glass.

Serve with extra mint.
