Brandan Fokken is part of the Beast team of athletes and currently owns and operates Def-i-nit-ion Inc. and ‘Fokken Strong Training.’
He also has his own apparel line and owns a supplement and smoothie bar. When Brandan is not busy with these business ventures, he also participates in various speaking engagements on topics about fitness, health, sociology, and more.
Brandan is a national level physique competitor who has won numerous awards from Bodybuilding.com, Mr. Olympia and NPC USA, just to name a few.
Brandan is very passionate about the fitness industry and helping other people reach their fitness and other life goals. ‘The only person that can tell you that you can’t is you, and you don’t have to listen.’
