Instructions:

Mix:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 scoop MTS Cinnagram Machine Whey
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 tbs gradded carrots
  • 2 heaping tbs plain greek fat free yogart
  • 10 grams crushed walnuts

Place in the fridge overnight to thicken
