HIGH Protein Pumpkin Ice Cream
- 1 cup ice cubes (10-12)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup greek yogurt plain
- ½ cup pure pumpkin
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Pie MTS Whey
- 2 tbs sweetener ( I used Splenda)
- Cinnamon
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 tsp xantham gum or guar gum for thickening agent (* IF you do not have this you can omit and instead freeze the ice cream stirring every half hour until desired consistency is reached)
