This Pomberry Banana Best BCAA Smoothie is SWEET!

Did you know a 100-gram serving of pomegranate seeds provide 12% of the daily value for vitamin D, 16% for vitamin K and 10% for folate? The red fruit, mainly used for its delicious sweet and tart juice, is also an excellent source of fiber with 20% of the daily value needed.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Orange, peel and pit removed with a sharp knife, quartered
  • 1/2 Cup strawberries
  • 1/2 Ripe banana, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 Cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Scoop of BPI Sports Best BCAA™ in Peach cobbler flavor
  • 2 Tbsp. Walden Farms Red syrup
  • Coconut water
  • Some ice

Instructions:

Simply mix all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Decorate the inside of the glass with strawberry syrup and pour BCAA smoothie into it. The best part? Enjoy!
