9 Fitness And Food Tips For Becoming healthier BY Danica Patrick

No matter if she is driving on the track or she is doing yoga in the gym, she knows how to eat the right amount of diet and also does the exercise to become healthy and active through fitness and food tips.

These are the nine fitness and food tips from her;

Eat a balanced diet every day

You need to start your day with a balanced diet, which has all the nutrients to give to your body. According to the exercise you are doing, you need to apply the right amount of nutrients and proteins in everything to make your body top-notch.

Get the nutritious meals 3 times a day

I get the Chia pudding with some nuts and Topping. Otherwise I will prefer the apple and Turkey in order to give me the right amount of nutrients. I don’t paper any kind of a special food in order to give me the protein but I will get anything like the chicken and Salmon. In the dinner any kind of vegetable is beneficial and I prefer that. Even if that is not very powerful in the nutrients like the Cauliflower and carrot.

Cook and prepare the food in order to make it delicious and healthy

Some of the times you need to prepare the food in the right manner to give you the energy and taste nice. For example, if you are cooking the onions, then you don’t need to overcook them but caramelize them. Giving the right amount of texture and taste to your food will give you the attraction of the food. Another important thing in the food is, to them with the right partner. It will add the taste to the food and also will make it with a nice texture.

  1. Use the seasonings nicely and fruits which are seasonal You should be familiar with the seasonings which are going to add the taste and color to your food. When you are eating the food, then you should make sure that you are eating the fruits which are from the season which will make them ripe easily. This is why I prefer the food which are from the farm to table restaurant.,
  2. Greenery and grains in the daily diet is essential for health

In the morning I get the greenery in my diet from the spinach. There are other greenery also which I prefer in my food for daily routine whereas for getting the grains I get the Chia seeds in my chia pudding or I make the smoothie out of that

Don’t have more than 30 minutes then do the exercise which will make you leave your ground

If you don’t have more than 30 minutes in your daily routine then you should do the exercises which are going to be heavy on your foot. In order to make your heartbeat go up you can use the squats and if you are the cardio lover then you can do that also. Instead of going for 30 minutes of boring running on the street you should do the sprinting which will give you the right amount of effort on your body and also will make your body out of the breath which is very healthy?

Eat properly before and after the exercise

If you ask me then I prepare some kind of fruit before the exercise which gives me the sugar in my body and also not make me full. The easiest way to give you the energy is to get the chicken from the grocery store and use this chicken with something to give you the right amount of protein without making you heavy.

Yoga is not that beneficial and also challenging

I prefer not to do the yoga because it is very challenging and also it is not going to be very beneficial for my body. I don’t do yoga for fitness. If you have around 30 minutes in your daily routine then don’t do the yoga but do something else. It is great for the mentality but it is not very great for the body and it is going to change your hands and feet. It will give you the discipline but the progress will be slow.

Eat right, exercise right

I have been doing these things for many years and because of these, I am a professional NASCAR driver without any trouble. If you are willing to make your body healthy and active, then these are the things you need to follow to get active and healthy. Someday you will think that you don’t have enough amount of energy and that is fine but if you follow these tips, then you will be able to feel no changes in your daily life for a very long time.
