Hunter Labrada – Seated Dumbbell Preacher Curl – Instructions / Tips

Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.

Step 1 – Keep your arm pit and forearm firmly planted against the pad

Step 2 – As you curl be sure to supinate your wrist.

Step 3 – Keep legs on the opposite side of the bench compared to the arm you are training – taking away the ability to use momentum, focusing the contraction on the bicep itself.
