I like starting my chest with doing DB, I do this to target more of the chest area bringing the db together at the top. I started with flat bench then go to incline, sometimes I super set then to get an extra burn as you can see in the video I did it till I fatigued. I normally change it up the following week. I incorporate my training with fasted cardio and I take for my pre amino5.0, plasma blast, and the dragon over ride, you can also mix up the amino with the BCAA they are both very good products.
