Instructions:
Mix:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 3/4 scoop MTS Cinnagram Machine Whey
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
- 2 tbs gradded carrots
- 2 heaping tbs plain greek fat free yogart
- 10 grams crushed walnuts
Place in the fridge overnight to thicken
