INGREDIENTS
Batter
- 1 scoops Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
 - 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
 - 1/2 cup oat flour
 - 1/2 cup almond flour
 - 1/2 cup almond milk
 - 1 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup coconut oil
 
Raspberry Sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar free strawberry preserves
 - 2 tablespoons water
 - 1 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Batter
- In a large bowl combine Quest Protein Powder, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg and milk.
 
Raspberry Sauce
- In a mini blender, blend the preserves, sweetener, and water until smooth
 
ASSEMBLY
- Heat coconut oil in a small frying pan.
 - Cut Quest Bar in half-length wise.
 - Insert a skewer or cake pop stick into the Quest Bar
 - Dip bars into batter and fry for 20-30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
 - Remove from pan and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
