Offseason December 2015 workout.
I’ve been battling a ligament issue in my left arm so the intensity is lowered. I still find different ways to stimulate the muscle and maintain if not improve my physique.
The workout:
DB low incline chest press 6×20/15/12/10/10.
Drop set 12 BRB(bottom rep burnout).
Hammer Strength Incline Press w/ band 5×10-12 BRB 2 sets.
Dumb bell flat bench fly 5×12-15 SS(super set).
Dumb Bell Incline Supinated grip fly 5×15.
Machine Fly 6×10 3 sets with BRB and use intermittent stretching (letting the machine stretch your chest out in the middle of a set) then stretch pecs 5seconds and flex chest 5seconds.
