Adopting Healthy Habits

Adopting healthy habits is the key to kick start a healthy life routine in just a couple of days or more, as some bad habits are difficult to leave or adopt.

Here are some healthy habits you should adopt to stay fit and healthy;
• Avoid prolonged sitting; try to sit no more than 30 minutes. Walk at least 20 steps after sitting 30 minutes to normalize your blood flow throughout the body
• Eat healthy and natural such as choose healthy foods containing no refined carbs and other processed ingredients, avoid drinking too many sugary beverages and eat short meals frequently instead of eating three large meals
• Drink plain water frequently sip by sip while having intense exercises
• Keep yourself hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water (neither too much nor too less)
• Eat vegetables containing a right proportion of fiber, starch, and sugar
• Never skip your breakfast, as it not only empowers your brain and body but also boost your metabolism
