Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.

How to do a standing calf raise

Step 1 – Maintain ridge upper body

Step 2 – Keep quads and glutes activated

Step 3 – Top of the rep you want reach as far as you can go on your toes, focusing on the squeeze of the calf.

Step 4 – Choose a weight you can control through the entire ROM (Range of motion)
