Ingredients
- 1 Serving Active Women Pre-Workout – Summer Fruits flavour
- 50g Frozen Berries
- 1 Handful Chopped Mint
- 50ml Coconut Water
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake!
- Filter the liquid into a cocktail glass.
Serve with extra mint.
