The classic Cable Flye is already a brilliant exercise for the Chest. It gives us the ability to greatly lessen secondary assisting muscle groups and really isolate the load through the Pecs.

However its ‘weak point’ is in tension variance at the end of the full range. BPI Sports Training Expert and Legion Training founder, Tyrone Bell, shows how with a slight alteration in body position and arm range from set to set – how to make this classic Chest exercise even more complete.
