Ultimate SmoothieThis plant-based smoothie is perfect for providing you with essential nutrients after the workout. The flax seeds in it are a complete pack of essential amino acids which our body cannot make. Add 2 cups almond milk or water, 1 to 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 frozen bananas, 2 cups frozen berries; raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or a blend, 2 tablespoons flax seeds and 1 to 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
