What you will need:
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 scoop PROMASIL chocolate peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Makes 12 protein almond butter cups.
Combine almond butter, PROMASIL, and coconut oil in a warmed bowl. Heat chocolate in the microwave until melted in a separate bowl. Line a mini cupcake tray and place a dollop of melted chocolate in each liner. Chill in the fridge for 5 min. Place a dollop of protein almond butter mix on top of the chilled chocolate. Add additional drops of melted chocolate and swirl in with almond butter mix for a marbled top. Chill for 10 min and enjoy!
