What you will need:
- 1 banana
- 3 eggs (one whole, two egg whites)
- 1 scoop PROMASIL protein
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mash ripe banana in a medium sized bowl.
- Add one scoop PROMASIL protein powder.
- In this recipe, we used Chocolate, but any flavor can be used depending on taste preference!
- Combine ingredients with one whole egg and two egg whites.
- Optional: stir in 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips.
- Combine all ingredients and cook on heated greased pan for one minute each side.
