What you will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 3 eggs (one whole, two egg whites)
  • 1 scoop PROMASIL protein
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Mash ripe banana in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add one scoop PROMASIL protein powder.
  • In this recipe, we used Chocolate, but any flavor can be used depending on taste preference!
  • Combine ingredients with one whole egg and two egg whites.
  • Optional: stir in 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips.
  • Combine all ingredients and cook on heated greased pan for one minute each side.

Nutrition:

  • This recipe should make about 6 medium sized pancakes
  • Recommended serving size: 3 pancakes (recipe feeds two people)
  • Total: Calories 401 | Carbs 38 | Fat 11 | Protein 42 | Sodium 257 | Sugar 22
  • Per Serving: Calories 201 | Carbs 19 | Fat 6 | Protein 21 | Sodium 129 | Sugar 11
