Make sure you use a weight you can handle, then get jumping with this modified deadlift. Be relentless. Hex Bar Deadlift Jump: Get a tight grip on bar. Your abs, lats and glutes should all be tight. Flex your quads as you squeeze gluts and drive your feet into the ground. Keep your chest up and back flat. Then push off balls of feet while squeezing your calves and pushing the hips forward.
