Here’s how to Questify Cookie Dough on a Stick!

MACROS

  • Calories: 203
  • Protein: 14g
  • Fat: 14g
  • Net Carbs: 5g (0g sugar)
  • Fiber: 8g
  • Total Carbs: 12g
  • P/CAL: 27%

INGREDIENTS

Batter

  • 1 scoops Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
  • 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coconut oil

Raspberry Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sugar free strawberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon zero calorie sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

Batter

  1. In a large bowl combine Quest Protein Powder, oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, egg and milk.

Raspberry Sauce

  1. In a mini blender, blend the preserves, sweetener, and water until smooth

ASSEMBLY

  1. Heat coconut oil in a small frying pan.
  2. Cut Quest Bar in half-length wise.
  3. Insert a skewer or cake pop stick into the Quest Bar
  4. Dip bars into batter and fry for 20-30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from pan and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
