- Superset Neutral Grip Seated Rows, with Neutral Grip “Stretchers”.
- 10 reps on the rows, each with a hard flex at contraction.
- Notice I’m sitting on a bench, so I can pull lower, and target the lower lats.
- Then do 8 reps on the stretchers.
- On the stretchers, remember to duck your head to enhance the stretch.
