The super energetic soul that is Talia Pollock from Party in My Plants is in the kitchen to make your summer more bearable with a delicious chocolate peanut butter popsicle. Yes, the great combo that is peanut butter and chocolate can be made into a creamy, satisfying, and refreshing dessert on a stick. You’re welcome. Also, if you haven’t had the chance to watch a video with Talia before, you’re in for a treat. She’s fun!
Nothing is more perfect in the middle of the summer heat than a little popsicle action. Take these with you to the pool, the beach, the park, and everywhere in between. Unlike other popsicles, these also score big in the healthy category. These aren’t full of sugar or fake flavors. They’re sweetened with bananas and flavored with real foods, including Sunwarrior’s creamy, chocolatey plant-based protein and peanut butter. They’re like frozen peanut butter cups on a stick.
Toss three ripe bananas into your blender with three tablespoons of creamy, dreamy peanut buttery goodness, a cup and a half of almond milk, two scoops of Sunwarrior chocolate protein (Classic Plus or Warrior Blend), two optional tablespoons of maple syrup, depending on your sweetness requirements, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend it to perfection and pour the creamy, sweet-smelling results into your popsicle molds. Sip the leftovers. We won’t tell.
Pop them in the freezer for at least four hours. Pull them out and enjoy the day. You won’t regret making these. The only challenge is waiting for them to thaw enough to pull them free of the mold. So hard being patient!
