Benefits of Weight Training

There are several benefits of warm up before starting strength/weight/resistance training such as;
• A proper warm up improves blood flow throughout the body that supplies oxygen and nutrient to our muscles to generate energy and to nourishes them
• A proper warm up increases the range of motion of joints and muscles that make your training more effective and comfortable
• It minimizes the risks of sports injuries during intense exercises
• A proper warm up helps you in keep going without being lack of energy throughout the training session, as it stimulates body’s energy generation system and boost our metabolism by supplying sufficient oxygen and nutrients to our tissues and cells
• Performing warm up exercises for 10 to 15 minutes not only builds stamina but also strengthens your muscles and joints
