Hanging Isolation Curl Instructions

Hunter recently won his first bodybuilding competition ever. He not only won his class, Heavy Weight Open Bodybuilding, but he also managed to win the overall trophy at the 2016 Branch Warren Classic, held here in Houston Texas.

  1. Supinate the wrist as you curl the dumbbell
  2. Keep special attention to your elbow and shoulder, they should remain in the same position, do not allow momentum to come into play.
  3. Squeeze as much as you can at the top of each rep
  4. Then allow the dumbbell to reach the starting position, while controlling the eccentric range of motion.
