The workout:
Complete three times through, 2 minutes rest between sets**
1) 20 reps leg lift/knee tuck on bench (shown in video)
2) 20 hanging knee raises (hang from pull up bar)
3) 1 minute plank
4) 20 crunches
5) 20 toe touches
6) 40 bicycles
7) 10 leg lifts/knee tuck on bench
8) 10 hanging knee raises
9) 1 minute plank
