Introducing the perfect post-training treat for the monster inside you.

Serving Size: 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of MET-Rx¨ mango sports series protein
1 cup of blueberries

PREPARATION:

  1. Pour almond milk into blender.
  2. Add scoop of protein.
  3. Pour in berries.
  4. Blend for 20 seconds.
  5. Serve to monster before training.
  6. Perform 200 medicine ball slams.
  7. Serve to monster before training.
  8. Perform 200 medicine ball slams.
  9. Step on court and whip opponent’s ego to shreds.
