Workout
- Plate Loaded Incline Press 3 sets warm-up 3 working sets x 8-10 reps
- Flat Dumbbell Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (4 second negative each rep)
- Plate Loaded Decline Press super set with Dips 3 sets to failure each movement
- Flat Dumbbell Fly to Press superset with Pec Deck 3 sets to failure on each movement 60 degree
- Smith Machine Incline Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (You could substitute FST-7 here, 7 sets x10 reps 40-45 seconds rest)
