Nutritionals for entire batch:Mix in bowl:

Nutritionals for entire batch:

  • Fiber – 7g
  • Protein – 14g
  • Carbs – 29g
  • Fat – 9.5g

Mix in bowl:

  • 70 g mashed strawberrys
  • 2 tbs Splenda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 scoop MTS Epic Gains

Mix together

  • Add 1 tbs coconut flour and mix again
  • Use tbs to make 4 even sized cookies
  • Place in oven at 350 F for 6-8 min
