This Is How IFBB Pro Justin Compton Blasts His Chest

IFBB Pro Evogen Elite Athlete Justin Compton shows us his Mass Construction Chest Workout as he trains up to the 2016 MR Olympia. In 2016 Justin Compton already has a 4th and 3rd place finish at the Arnold Classic and Arnold Australia respectively as well as a 1st place win at Spectrum Fitness Productions Golden State which qualified him for the Olympia. Now he goes for the icing on the cake at the Arnold Asia.

Workout

  • Plate Loaded Incline Press 3 sets warm-up 3 working sets x 8-10 reps
  • Flat Dumbbell Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (4 second negative each rep)
  • Plate Loaded Decline Press super set with Dips 3 sets to failure each movement
  • Flat Dumbbell Fly to Press superset with Pec Deck 3 sets to failure on each movement 60 degree
  • Smith Machine Incline Press 3 sets x 10-12 reps (You could substitute FST-7 here, 7 sets x10 reps 40-45 seconds rest)

Supplementation

  • Pre Workout – 2 scoops EVP, 1 scoop GlycoJect
  • Intra workout – 3 scoops AminoJect
  • Post workout – 1 scoop Watermelon GlycoJect, 2 scoops Vanilla Bean IsoJect
